Adam Hart
Adam Hart is a biologist, broadcaster, and author. He is Professor of Science Communication at the University of Gloucestershire and a leading expert on social insects, African ecology, and citizen science. Adam has published over 120 scientific papers and co-authored influential textbooks including Applied Ecology. He has presented numerous acclaimed BBC radio series and co-presented three BBC documentaries on social insects. A Fellow of the Royal Entomological Society and the Royal Society of Biology, Adam is founding co-editor of Instar and a patron of the charity Bees Abroad. He is the author of Unfit for Purpose and Tooth and Claw, and is developing a proposal on what social insects reveal about humans.
